With GIT’s Purchase + Pay Per Page model, you buy either a brand-new or expertly renewed HP Enterprise printer from us (at special partner pricing), and then pay a fixed rate per page for everything you print.
GIT takes care of the rest – we supply all toner cartridges, maintenance kits, spare parts, and onsite service for your device throughout its life. You get the best of both worlds: you own a high-performance HP MFP (an asset on your books), while your printing costs become fully predictable operating expenses. No more surprise toner orders or hefty repair bills; you’ll just receive a simple usage-based invoice that covers all consumables and support.

Purchase & Setup
You purchase the device (outright or via a lease-to-own plan). GIT delivers and installs the printer at your site, ensuring it’s configured on your network and ready to go.

Managed Service Begins
Once the printer is in place, you enter into a Pay-Per-Page agreement with GIT. For every page you print, you pay a fixed AED per mono page and per color page.

Automatic Toner Fulfillment
GIT monitors your printer's toner levels (via smart software or scheduled checks) and delivers replacement cartridges just in time. All toner costs are included in your per-page rate, so you never have to purchase cartridges separately. We use our German-engineered GIT toners in your device, guaranteeing quality and consistency.
Preventive Maintenance
Our technicians schedule regular visits (e.g., quarterly) to clean and calibrate your printer, and replace any parts approaching end-of-life (like fusers or rollers) before they fail. This proactive care keeps the device running at peak performance.
Break-Fix Repairs
If the printer has any issue, simply contact GIT support. Onsite service is dispatched promptly (often same-day or next-business-day). All labor and any replacement parts (boards, feeders, etc.) are 100% covered. You pay nothing extra – it's all included in the per-page arrangement.
Uptime Guarantee
We commit to a minimum uptime (e.g., 98% or better) for your device. In the rare event of extended downtime, GIT will provide backup solutions (like a loaner device or expedited repairs) to keep your business running.
Monitoring & Reporting
GIT can provide monthly usage reports detailing pages printed (B/W vs color, if applicable), so you have transparency. We also track the device's performance. Essentially, we act as your managed print IT team in the background.
