For each device, we agree on a monthly rental rate (covering the printer hardware). The rental fee includes the privilege of using the machine.

Usage Charges
On top of rent, you pay a per-page fee for prints. These fees cover all toner and service. We may structure it with a minimum page bundle for predictable base costs.
