What makes GIT different from other toner suppliers?
GIT is the Middle East’s only vertically integrated manufacturer in the printing ecosystem. We don’t resell Chinese compatibles — we remanufacture genuine HP cartridge shells in our Dubai facility using German engineering standards. We control the entire process: manufacturing, service, and support. This gives us a defect rate under 1%, compared to 20-30% for cheap compatibles.
Are remanufactured toners safe for my printer?
Yes. Unlike cheap compatible cartridges that use clone shells and can damage printheads, our cartridges are built from genuine HP OEM shells — the same components designed specifically for your printer. This ensures perfect fit, zero mechanical stress, and no risk of voiding your printer warranty.
How does your Managed Print Service (MPS) work?
We take full responsibility for your print environment. Depending on your chosen plan, we provide hardware (new or refurbished), automatically monitor and ship toner before you run out, and handle all maintenance and repairs. You pay a predictable cost per page or monthly rental fee. One partner. One invoice. Zero disruptions.
What is your service guarantee?
Our brand guarantee: “Always Be Printing with GIT.” If we can’t fix your printer issue within 8 working hours, we provide a standby machine free of cost until the problem is resolved. We resolve ~70% of all issues within 8 hours. Rated 4.8★ on Google.
Do you support printers from other brands besides HP?
Currently, we specialize in HP Enterprise LaserJet series printers and toner cartridges. This focus allows us to maintain our industry-leading quality standards and service levels.
How do your toners help with sustainability goals?
Every cartridge we remanufacture prevents ~3kg of plastic from landfills. We follow a Zero Waste to Landfill philosophy — all components are either reused or recycled through certified partners. We also plant trees equivalent to twice the pages printed on our toners. Over 700,000 trees planted to date, targeting 1 million by 2027.

Defective Cartridges
If a cartridge is defective or fails to perform as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it immediately at no charge, including pickup and delivery.
Wrong Product Delivered
If we shipped the wrong cartridge model, we'll replace it within 24 hours at no cost to you.
Unused Cartridges
Unopened, unused cartridges can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or credit, provided they remain in original packaging.
Customer Credit Policy
We offer flexible payment terms to qualified business customers to support your cash flow and operational efficiency.
Credit Application
New customers can apply for credit terms by submitting a credit application along with trade references and company registration documents. We typically process applications within 2-3 business days.
Standard Payment Terms
Approved customers typically receive 30-day payment terms. Larger enterprise accounts may qualify for extended terms based on order volume and payment history.
Credit Limits
Credit limits are determined based on your company's financial profile, trade references, and business relationship with GIT. Limits can be reviewed and adjusted as your business grows.
