GIT is the Middle East’s only vertically integrated manufacturer in the printing ecosystem. We don’t resell Chinese compatibles — we remanufacture genuine HP cartridge shells in our Dubai facility using German engineering standards. We control the entire process: manufacturing, service, and support. This gives us a defect rate under 1%, compared to 20-30% for cheap compatibles.

Yes. Unlike cheap compatible cartridges that use clone shells and can damage printheads, our cartridges are built from genuine HP OEM shells — the same components designed specifically for your printer. This ensures perfect fit, zero mechanical stress, and no risk of voiding your printer warranty.

We take full responsibility for your print environment. Depending on your chosen plan, we provide hardware (new or refurbished), automatically monitor and ship toner before you run out, and handle all maintenance and repairs. Currently, we specialize in HP Enterprise LaserJet series printers and toner cartridges. This focus allows us to maintain our industry-leading quality standards and service levels.

Every cartridge we remanufacture prevents ~3kg of plastic from landfills. We follow a Zero Waste to Landfill philosophy — all components are either reused or recycled through certified partners. We also plant trees equivalent to twice the pages printed on our toners. Over 700,000 trees planted to date, targeting 1 million by 2027.

Return Policy

Defective Cartridges

If a cartridge is defective or fails to perform as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it immediately at no charge, including pickup and delivery.

Wrong Product Delivered

If we shipped the wrong cartridge model, we'll replace it within 24 hours at no cost to you.

Unused Cartridges

Unopened, unused cartridges can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or credit, provided they remain in original packaging.
